Equal distance from Valencia and Alicante, Javea enjoys an exceptional location. Surrounded by several mountain ranges that keep the clouds at bay, the sunshine is particularly generous, with more than 320 days of sunshine a year. A controlled urbanization, mainly villas on the hills, and small buildings, make it a quiet city.
